1. The rent period runs from the first Saturday (4:00 AM) until the last Saturday (10:00 PM). With premature departure the owner has to be informed so the state of the holiday home can be checked together

2. The remaining balance (Rent minus advance) must be paid at the latest, two months before the occupation of the holiday home, or else the owners keep the right to let the holiday home to an other person.

If this new renter is found, half of the advance will be repaid to the first renter. If the new renter won’t be found in time than the entire advance won’t be repaid.

If the renter finds a new renter for the same period himself than the entire advance will be repaid.

The remaining balance should be transferred in Euro’s to account number 5.513.68 K 034 of LA POSTE 11 Rue Vaneau 35900 RENNES (France) in name of the owners.

3. The renter is in need of permission in writing of the owner if her or she wants to sublet the Residence. With interruption of the stay at the residence there will be no refund.

4. The residence, terrace, side buildings and the property are to be left behind cleaned and if necessary repaired. After premature the cleaning of the residence and the laundry of linen will be done by us. The costs for this are

€ 55,00 for the residence max. 4 persons, (more € 5,00 per person extra) and € 5,00 per person for the linen. These are to be paid at departure.

5. With lose and/or damaging of materials and/or appliances the owners will draw up a definite.….at discussion and or ignorance about the costs of the responsible person. This gives the owners the right to wait for six weeks, after the rent date, with the repayment of the deposit.

Furthermore the owner obligates himself (in consultation with the lesser of landlord) with the compensation co supply of household appliances, like for example cups, saucers mugs dishes etc. if these are damaged or broken.

7. Pets are not allowed unless persistently arranged. Possible refund for this is €2.30 a night

9. The renters should use the rented as a good ‘housefather’. With use of everything is assumed ‘as self evident’ that there will be acted with the necessary caution, in order to prevent accidents, damages etc.

10. The renter is should bring his own towels and tea towels. There is a two persons bed of 200 x 140 with duvet of 200 x 200, two one person beds of 200 x 90 with duvets of 200 x 120, a small bed of 185 x 115 with a duvet of 200 x 120. These are the various mattress dimensions; for the cot there is also a duvet with cover.

11. Smoking in the residence is not always aloud. Smoking should preferable take place near the fireplace. Smoking isn’t aloud in the kitchen, the bedroom downstairs, and all the rooms upstairs.

12. The use of electricity is not included with the rent and there for it is the renter’s bill. The indebted amount will also here be settled with a probable repayment of the key money. For the use of the wood that has been used for the fireplace a small compensation can be given. The key money that has to be paid with arrival costs €250.00

13. the owner are in no case or what so ever responsible for happened accidents
